?Boxing 4 Fitness? is a 1hr group - based fitness class, focused on meeting the average person?s fitness goals through high intensity circuit training with an emphasis on boxing. Led by Coach Kendall Harris (Olympic/Professional Boxer); alongside his wife Christina Harris (Former Division 1 Track & Field Athlete). The two Army Officers thoroughly believe that through hard work and consistency, you will find yourself physically and mentally ?Boxing to a healthier lifestyle?.
