A flowing, dynamic form of yoga, where postures are linked together using the breath.  This movement-to-breath flow helps to bring balnce to the mind & body.  If offers modifications so you can customize your practice to fit your specific needs.  In addition, this class offers endurance, flexibility, balance, concentration, breath work, and some form of meditation, which makes it a great class for all levels.
