Welcome to River Place Country Club's Fitness Center! Work out or unwind in our full-service fitness center complete with personal training, free weights, numerous group fitness classes, and massage therapy.

Our Fitness Center features cardio and state-of-the-art training equipment, as well a full range of weight resistance machines, free weights and cardiovascular equipment. River Place offers indoor cycling classes and personal trainers on staff.

The River Place Fitness center currently has the following amenities:

  • State of the art FreeMotion Fitness equipment including: 8 multi-use resistance machines, 2 cable machines, 6 treadmills, 5 ellipticals, 2 peloton bikes.
  • All Treadmills, stationary bikes & elliptical machines equipped with personal TVs and internet accessibility.
  • Free weight area which includes dumbbells ranging from 3 to 90 pounds, 2 squat racks, and multiple adjustable weight benches.
  • Group Fitness Classes including Pilates, Yoga, Boxing, Bootcamp, and Cycling! All Group Fitness classes are complimentary! 
  • Beautiful, newly renovated locker rooms.
  • As a benefit of membership, sport towels are provided free of charge while using the fitness facilities.
  • Dress Code: Proper athletic attire is required when using the Health & Fitness facilities. Flip-flops and swimwear are not permitted in the fitness facilities.

Why Personal Training:   are you interested in weight loss, building muscle and increasing your fitness level?  Trainers work with clients to create individualized plans for achieving their fitness goals and maintaining them year over year.  They  will lead clients through workouts while offering words of encouragement, making form corrections and adjustments when needed, and keeping sessions safe, fun and effective
